Alfred Busa, Jr.

Alfred Busa Jr., 76, of Marlborough, died Saturday, February 11, 2023 at his home after a long illness.

Born in Woburn, MA, he was the son of the late Alfred, Sr. and Elizabeth (Downey) Busa and the husband of the late Candy (Bragdon) Busa.  Al was a graduate of Marlborough High School class of 1965.

He was inducted into the U. S. Army in 1966 serving his country in Vietnam until he was honorably discharged in 1968. He was a former Marlborough Police Officer and later became a security guard at Marlborough Hospital until his retirement.

He is survived by his children, James Busa of Marlborough, Justin Busa of North Grafton, Tracie Langley and her husband Matt of Boylston, his brothers, John Busa and his wife Anne of Torrington, CT and Paul Busa and his wife Pamela, of Westborough, MA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua and Aisha Langley of Boylston and Sophia Busa of Marlborough as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Guy and Joseph Busa.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough. MA 01752. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
