Anne K. Bradshaw Chaousis

Anne K. (Bradshaw) Chaousis, 72, of Marlborough, MA, died Sunday, September 1, 2013 at her home. Born in Brockton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Eleanor (Charron) Bradshaw and the wife of Chris Chaousis of Marlborough.
A 1960 graduate of St. Anne's Academy, Marlborough, she began working as a secretary at the Digital Equipment Corporation in 1965.Retiring in 1990,she returned to work as a receptionist at Orthopedic Associates of Marlborough. She had also been employed many years ago at the former Town Paint, Marlborough.
She was a member of the Italian American War Veterans Post 45, Auxiliary,Marlborough and loved to knit, cook and care for her home. She spent hours tending her garden, even on the hottest days, and traveled extensively with her husband of 51 years.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her sons, Steven Chaousis of Marlborough, Daniel Chaousis and his wife Rita of Marlborough and Michael Chaousis and his wife Sonia of Worcester, her brothers, Thomas Bradshaw and his wife Mary of Ashland and Robert Bradshaw of Gardner and her granddaughters, Kaitlynn, Lyndsey, Chelsey and Molleigh Chaousis.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, September 5 from 4-8 pm at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough, MA. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 6, at 10:00am at St. Matthias Church, 409 Hemenway St., Marlborough, MA. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA
