Bruce Edward Johansen, 73, of Southbury, CT died Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at his home.

He was the son of the late A. Warren and Patricia (Graham) Johansen and the husband of Kathleen (Cummings) Johansen. He was predeceased by his son, David Johansen.

Besides his wife, Bruce is survived by his daughter, Pamela Yost and her husband Kevin of Southbury, CT, his brother, Arnold Johansen and his wife Joanne of Marlborough, his sister Paula Possemato and her husband Mark of Southborough, his grandchildren, Bryanna, Trevor, Devon, Isabella and David, and his great grandson, Jack.

Visiting hours for Bruce will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 5:00 -7:00 PM at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc. 40 Pleasant Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 10:30 AM at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
