Catherine M. Landry

Catherine M. (Maher) Landry, 78 of Marlborough, died Monday, September 21, 2009 at Marlborough Hospital surrounded by her children and caring staff.

Born in Waltham, she was the daughter of the late William and Ida (Fewer) Maher and the wife of the late Alphee E. Landry who died in 1982.

Mrs. Landry had been employed as a clerical worker in the X-ray department of Marlborough Hospital for 20 years before retiring in 2002. She has previously worked for the Marlborough Public Schools in the food service department. A member of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Mrs. Landry's interestes centered around her family.

She is survived by her sons, Robert W. Landry and his wife Sandra of Marlborough and Thomas E. Landry of Auburn, her daughters Pamela J. Rudd and her husband Thomas of Marlborough and Maureen C. Begg and her husband Robert of Marlborough, her brother Robert Maher and her sisters Mary Auld and Theresa Smith all of Waltham, her grandchildren, Joshua, Mathew and Molly Rudd, Michael, Shannon and Lauren Begg, Emma and Ethan Landry and her great-grandsons Jacob Rudd and Jayden Cubero. She was also the sister of the late William Maher.
