Obituary

Cheryl M. Soucy, 74, of Marlborough, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at UMASS Memorial Health – Marlborough Hospital. 

She was the daughter of the late Bertrand and Rita (Carey) Soucy. She was predeceased by her brother Paul Soucy and brother-in-law Jack McIntyre.

Cheryl graduated from Marlborough High School in 1968. Upon her graduation, Cheryl was a member of the Marlborough Commission on Disabilities, appointed by the mayor for several years and was later the Treasurer of 240 Main for many years.

She enjoyed getting together with her many friends, travelling, going on cruises, shopping, and visiting with family. She especially loved the time spent with her nieces and nephews.

Cheryl is survived by her brother, James Soucy of Boston, MA, her sisters, Carol McIntyre of Marlborough, MA, Joan Parlante and her husband Bob of Tequesta, FL, Marcia Comeau of Pennsylvania, and Dawn Leandres and her husband Jeff of Marlborough, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends. 

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. Burial will be private.
