Daniel E. McNeil, formerly of Natick, MA, passed away on December 30, 2023, at the Blaire House of Tewksbury, MA.
He was the son of the late Edward and Eva (MacLaren) McNeil. He was predeceased by his brother, Harold T. McNeil and by his grandson, Scott McNeil.
Daniel was a life member of the American Legion. He loved hockey and played well in to his 70’s. He was a great dancer which made him a hit at many parties.
Daniel attended Natick High School and enlisted in the US Army and was station in Japan. After his discharge, he attended Wentworth Institute and became a draftsman for Eaton Corporation.
Daniel is survived by his two sons, Stuart and Glen McNeil of Florida, his sister Joanne Vigeant of Shrewsbury, and three grandchildren, Drew, Brian and Ashley.
Services for Daniel will be private.
