David E. DeArcangelis

David E. DeArcangelis, 78, of Marlborough, died Friday, January 14, 2022, at Umass Memorial Center in Marlborough.

He was the son of Dorothy (Callahan) DeArcangelis of and the late Camillo DeArcangelis and husband of Jane (Stott) DeArcangelis, to whom he was married for 43 years. He was predeceased by his brother Michael, who died from ALS in 2004.

Following his graduation from Hudson Catholic High School in 1962, he worked for Bishop Trucking of Marlborough for five years prior to working for the City of Marlborough in both the Street and Cemetery Departments. Following his retirement from the city, David worked part-time for Adesa in Framingham.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughters, Paula Parsons and her husband Scott of Port Charlotte, FL and Linda Flint of Hudson, MA, his son, John DeArcangelis and his wife Lisa of Hudson, MA, his brother, Paul DeArcangelis and his wife Cindy of Hudson, MA, and his sisters, Maureen Perry and her husband Bob of Shrewsbury and Susan DeArcangelis of Rutland, MA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amanda, Kaysha, Robert, Scott, Dylan and Jacob and eight great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held by David’s family at a later date.
