Edward Everett Sheldon

Edward Everett Sheldon, 66 of Gardner, MA passed away peacefully Monday February 5, 2024, at home.   He was the son of the late Mary (Decaro) Sheldon and Everett Sheldon of Methuen.   Loving husband of Peggy A. Sheldon and Devoted Father of Sean C. Sheldon and Zoey E. Sheldon

Besides his Wife and Children, Ed is survived by his Sisters and their spouses, Diane and Jim Donovan, Debbie and Charlie Hughes.   Also, his Father in Law, John Dolan along with his Sister in Law and her husband, Jennifer and Jason Bedford.   As well as, many Nieces, a Nephew and many Grand Nieces and Nephews.  

Ed Loved his Family and Friends and going on Adventures.   He was an avid reader.   He was always up for a Grand political debate.   He stayed up on all news and current events.  

Ed Worked in Hospitality, Retail, and Political Fundraising.   Work for him was means to an end he preferred to be home with his family.   He was happiest watching Star Trek or on the other end of the spectrum strolling through the Museum of Fine Arts.   Also, with the kids visited over 30 National parks and Historical sites.  

Ed was predeceased recently by his Mother in Law, Lynn Dolan.

The visitation and Memorial will happen concurrently on Saturday February 17th 10am-12pm at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant Street, Marlborough, MA 01752.
