Elaine M. (Dugas) Dube, 90, of Hudson, died March 31, 2026.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Josephine (Scanlon) Dugas, and the wife of the late Philip E. Dube to whom she was married until his death in 1979. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Lisa Dube.

Elaine was a Marlborough resident for most of her life. She was a long time member of St. Ann's Parish. Elaine spent many years volunteering at Marlborough Hospital as well as serving the local homeless community. She worked at the Assabet Valley Regional Vocational Technical School in the lunch room extending her kindness and generosity to the students. After working at Assabet, Elaine went on to work at Digital where she later retired from.

Elaine is survived by her children, Steven Paul Dube of Hudson, MA, daughter Jean M. Kimberling and her husband David of Columbia, Missouri. Six grandchildren, Amanda Dube, Steven Philip Dube, Cassandra Dube and Devin Dube, all of Hudson, MA and Anna M. Kimberling and Jonah Kimberling of Columbia, Missouri.

A funeral Mass for Elaine will be celebrated Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 133 Wilson Street, Marlborough.
