Always full of energy and enthusiasm, Ellie continued on with her career after retiring.  For many years she both commuted into Boston to work for the Boston Chamber of Commerce and taught piano lessons in her home studio. She spent summers and many weekends at her house on Lake Monomonac in Winchendon, MA, where she enjoyed many good friends, boat rides on the lake, swimming and quality time with her family. Ellie enjoyed music, cooking, sewing and knitting and was an avid, loyal fan of Boston sports teams. She was a faithful member of St. Matthias Parish in Marlboro.  She loved her husband, her family and to be actively engaged with people of all ages and walks of life.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
