Patricia A. (Proctor) Marsh, 87 years old, whose journey here on Earth came to a close when the Lord called her to rest on December 8, 2024.
She was born in Utica, New York on January 4, 1937, the daughter of the late Clarence A. and M. Dorcas (Waterbury) Giaquinto. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley J. Marsh and her sister Constance G. (Proctor) Mahoney. She is survived by her three children, Denise A. (DeJoseph) Gauthier of Marlborough, Deborah G. DeJoseph of Marcy, New York and Daniel A. DeJoseph of Watervliet, New York. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Jacklynne (DeJoseph) Smith and her husband Eric of Pendleton, SC and Alizabeth (DeJoseph) Robinson and her husband Brooks. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Frederick and Charlotte Smith of Pendleton, SC. She leaves behind two nieces and a nephew and many friends.
She found a love for Cape Cod, specifically Orleans and made her home there for nearly 40 years. She was a beloved piano teacher and the superintendent of the Sunday School of Orleans United Methodist Church for nearly two decades.
She retired to Marlborough in 2014 and resided with her daughter. She was an avid lover of classical music and enjoyed many visits to Boston Symphony Hall. She was an active member of New England Chapel in Franklin, MA. Her passion for the Lord and her loving spirit is carried on by her three children.
A Memorial Service will be held on January 4, 2025, at 11:00AM at the New England Chapel, 300 East Central Street, Franklin, MA 02038.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or the New England Chapel.
