Robert E. Collier of Marlborough, MA, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, with his wife Karen (Hanson) Collier at his side.
Born on December 28, 1961, in Framingham MA, Bob was a devoted husband, father, and friend known for his unwavering kindness, joyous attitude, and deep love for his family.
After graduating from Marlborough High School, he joined the National Guard. Bob then worked for the Marlborough MA school system for 15 years. He also did two tours overseas.
He met his beloved wife Karen in 2008, and they built a life filled with love and adventure over their 17 years together.
Bob’s passions included spending time with his wife, daughter Haley and his best buddy BJ, his cat. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping, and watching the history channel. Bob also loved hanging with friends at various clubs In Marlborough, including the Moose, Amvets, Eagles, and the Marlborough Eagle Riders.
He is survived by his cherished wife, Karen, his daughter Haley Corbett. His sisters, Kathleen of Tucson, AZ, Jo Ann of Worcester, MA. A niece Rose Hughes, and great niece Miranda Bieger. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. Collier Jr. and Dorothy (Ruguleiski) Collier.
A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
