Rose Q. (Quan) Wu, 89, of Hudson, formerly of New York, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late William Quan and Oy Hor Seeto and was predeceased by her husband, Charles L. Wu.
Rose, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, was an extremely talented and creative person who enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting.
She was a member of the Daybreak Program at the Senior Center in Hudson where she would meet with her friends for activities and especially enjoyed the senior bus trips, especially to the casinos.
Rose is survived by her daughters, Lorraine Wu and her husband Dennis Balboni of Hudson, MA and Diane and David Christi of New York and her sister, Florence Seetoo of New York.
A private burial will be held for Rose at Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association or the American Diabetes Association.
